Terms of Use
Effective September 22, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and FlexFeed (operated by Liam Davis). By creating an account or using FlexFeed, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
1. Who can use FlexFeed
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission. You're responsible for everything that happens on your account, so keep your login private.
2. Content rules
You may not post, comment or message anything that:
- is sexual, pornographic, or nude;
- harasses, bullies, threatens, or shames anyone, including body-shaming;
- attacks people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or illness (hate speech);
- shows or encourages violence, self-harm, suicide or eating disorders, including promoting extreme restriction, purging, or "pro-ana" content;
- promotes illegal drugs, steroids, or unsafe supplements, or gives dangerous medical advice;
- is spam, a scam, misleading advertising, or impersonates someone;
- shares someone else's private information, or photos of people who didn't agree to be posted;
- infringes someone's copyright or other rights. Only post photos you took or have permission to use;
- is illegal, or tries to hack, overload, or cheat the app (for example faking remakes or gaming leaderboards).
3. Reporting, blocking and moderation
- Report: tap ⋯ on any post, or long-press any comment.
- Block: blocked users can't see your content or interact with you, and you won't see theirs.
- We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and remove the accounts of people who post it.
- Content reported by several people may be hidden automatically until we review it.
- We may remove any content or account at our discretion, for example to protect users or comply with the law.
4. Your content
You own what you post. By posting, you give FlexFeed a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute it inside the app so it works as designed. For example: showing your recipe in other people's feeds and search, and letting others post remakes of it. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies others already remade or reposted. You're responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it.
5. Nutrition information is not medical advice
Macros, calories, and product data in FlexFeed are estimates. They are entered by users or come from Open Food Facts, a public database, and may be wrong. Nothing in FlexFeed is medical, dietary or fitness advice. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before changing your diet, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating.
6. XP, tiers and leaderboards
XP, tiers, streaks and ranks are for fun and have no cash value. We can adjust or reset them to fix bugs or remove cheating. They can't be sold or transferred.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. Sections 4 (licenses already granted), 5, 8, 9 and 10 continue after your account ends.
8. Disclaimers
FlexFeed is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content from users or third parties is accurate. You use recipes and nutrition information at your own risk. Check ingredients for allergies.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, FlexFeed and its operator aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for anything other users post. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $50 USD or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, except for its conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem informally.
11. Apple
If you got FlexFeed from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and FlexFeed, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for, or take responsibility for, the app or its content.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you in the app about significant changes. Continuing to use FlexFeed after changes means you accept them.
